​Higher Diploma Program in Human Rights 

​It focuses on preparing specialists and experts in the field of human rights, and is concerned with human rights issues and applications in Arab countries in comparison with international laws and applications, and according to its multiple topics that include “basic human rights, environmental rights, and the rights of the most vulnerable groups.” Fragility and human rights in criminal cases.​​



1 Special admission requirements

  • Obtaining a bachelor’s degree with an overall grade of no less than good in one of the following scientific fields: (law and its branches, Sharia and its branches, political science, criminology and its branches, security sciences and its branches, administrative sciences and its branches, social service ).
  • ​Conducting the personal interview.

2 Program Goals

  • Strengthening the legal protection of human rights at all national and international levels.
  • Supporting the political, historical and philosophical development of human rights ideas on which contemporary regimes depend.
  • Providing students with in-depth knowledge and skills about the role of human rights institutions in protecting human rights.
  • Preparing specialized cadres in the field of human rights who contribute to spreading and deepening the culture of human rights.

3 Learning outcomes expected from the programme
